Legal Compliance & Copyright
Ownership: My Badge Studio retains 100% ownership and copyright of all software, templates, design layouts, and technical architectures. Resellers do not gain any intellectual property rights through this agreement.
License Term: Your authority to sell access and use the design tool is strictly limited to the duration of your active Enterprise subscription. Upon cancellation or expiration, all Reseller rights and sub-user access will be terminated immediately.
