You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. All payments are generally final and non-refundable, subject to our specific refund policy outlined in our full documentation.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, My Badge Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.
