50x50mm (2x2 inch) square — the most popular size
The 50x50mm (2x2 inch) square is the everyday photo-magnet size, and the sheet works hard: 12 magnets per A4 or US Letter sheet. It is the size 2x2 photo magnet press machines take — the layout carries the wrap-around bleed for square shells from Tecre and Vevor — and the usual pick for favours, giveaways and small-business branding.
63.5x63.5mm (2.5 inch) square — the large format
One size up from the 2x2: 63.5x63.5mm (2.5 x 2.5 inch), 6 magnets per A4 sheet. The extra surface suits high-resolution photos and detailed artwork without crowding, which is why artists and premium photo gifts favour it.
90x65mm (3.5x2.5 inch) rectangle — the business-card magnet
The 90x65mm (3.5x2.5 inch) landscape rectangle fits a logo, name and phone number side by side — the promotional format. Per sheet: 3 on A4 or US Letter, 8 on A3, 15 on A3+. It also suits landscape photos and magnetic mini-calendars.
A note on exact sizing: the standard US business-card magnet is 51x89mm (2x3.5 inch), so the 90x65mm is a step larger in both directions. If you need the exact card size, the studio accepts custom dimensions — enter 89x51mm directly and the sheet is tiled the same way.
Photo magnet — instant-photo style
The magnet that looks like an instant photo: white frame, square picture window and a handwritten caption underneath. Two sizes: classic 89x108mm (3.5x4.25 inch), 4 per A4 sheet with a 79mm photo window, and mini 54x66mm (2.1x2.6 inch), 12 per A4 sheet. No press needed — print on a flexible magnet sheet and cut along the lines. Photo magnets are part of the Business plan and above.

What to print fridge magnets on
Printable magnetic sheets (inkjet)
Flexible sheets that feed through an inkjet printer, sold in A4 and US Letter as printable magnetic paper or magnetic photo paper. Print the PDF at 100% scale, one sheet at a time, let the ink dry, then cut along the printed lines. The direct route for photo magnets and any magnet you cut by hand.
Paper + adhesive magnetic backing
Print on photo paper or card with any printer, then stick the print onto a self-adhesive magnetic sheet and trim. Cheaper per magnet in bulk — and the route to take with a laser printer, since most printable magnetic sheets are inkjet-only.
Running a magnet press? Print the 50x50mm, 63.5mm or 90x65mm layout on plain paper — the wrap-around bleed for square and rectangular shells is already built into the template.
